Product Return
To file a complaint, follow the steps below:

2. Return of goods:
Please send us the product in its packaging and a copy of the invoice.
3. Delivery:
According to the law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the goods purchased from us, please fill in the required declaration and send it to our address together with the goods to be returned:

Please enclose the package with the application and the returned product(s) with everything you received with the product(s), as well as the receipt or invoice.
• The refund is based on the price of the goods on the day of purchase.
• The refund period is 15 business days.
• The buyer pays for the shipment of the goods.
